SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with AIN’T FOREVER.

1. ORDER PROCESSING

Most of our products are produced on demand and/or personalized specifically for each customer.

Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days.
During launches, sales periods, holidays or high-demand periods, processing times may be extended.

Personalized items may require additional production time.

Once production has started, orders can no longer be modified or canceled.

2. SHIPPING TIMES

Estimated shipping times:

Germany:

  • approx. 2–5 business days

Europe:

  • approx. 4–10 business days

International:

  • approx. 5–20 business days

Please note that shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Delays caused by customs, shipping carriers, weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances are outside of our control.

3. WORLDWIDE SHIPPING

We ship worldwide.

Depending on your country, customs duties, import taxes or additional fees may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.

4. SHIPPING PROVIDERS

Orders are shipped through trusted logistics and fulfillment partners, including Shirtee / Boender & Beutel GmbH and their associated shipping carriers.

Carrier selection may vary depending on destination and order type.

5. TRACKING

Tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped, where available.

Please note that certain shipping methods or destinations may not support detailed tracking updates.

6. INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses submitted during checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

7. LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at:

We will do our best to assist you in resolving the issue with the shipping provider.

8. DAMAGED ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • your order number

  • photos of the damaged item

  • photos of the packaging

This helps us investigate the issue and provide a solution.

9. RETURNS

Returns must be requested exclusively through our official returns portal:

Unauthorized returns sent directly to our business address cannot be processed.

Personalized products are excluded from returns and cancellations once production has started.
