We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products without prior notice.

3. PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS

Many of our products are personalized and made specifically to customer specifications.

By placing an order for a personalized item, you acknowledge and agree that:

Production may begin immediately after purchase
Orders cannot be changed or canceled once production has started
Personalized products are excluded from cancellation and return rights according to § 312g Abs. 2 Nr. 1 BGB
Customers are solely responsible for submitted texts, airport codes, city names, spelling, sizes and other customization details

Please carefully review all customization details before completing your order.

4. PRICING

All prices shown on our website include applicable VAT unless otherwise stated.

Additional customs duties, taxes or import charges for international orders may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

5. SHIPPING

Shipping times are estimates only and may vary depending on destination, customs processing and production timelines.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities or unforeseen circumstances.

6. RETURNS & REFUNDS

Returns must be requested exclusively through our returns portal:

Unauthorized returns sent directly to our business address cannot be processed.

Personalized items are excluded from returns and cancellations once production has started.

7. ORDER REFUSAL

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including suspected fraud, abuse or unauthorized resale.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website, including designs, graphics, logos, text and product concepts, is the intellectual property of Timo Kebschull – AIN’T FOREVER.

Any unauthorized use, reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
