RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping with AIN’T FOREVER.

Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing your order.

1. RETURNS

Returns must be requested exclusively through our official returns portal:

AIN’T FOREVER Returns Portal

Unauthorized returns sent directly to our business address cannot be processed.

Items must be returned:

  • unworn

  • unused

  • unwashed

  • in original condition

  • with all original tags and packaging

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.

2. RETURN PERIOD

Eligible items can be returned within 14 days after delivery.

The return request must be submitted within this timeframe through the returns portal.

3. PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS

Many of our products are personalized and produced specifically for each customer.

According to § 312g Abs. 2 Nr. 1 BGB, personalized/custom-made products are excluded from cancellation and return rights once production has started.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • customized airport selections

  • city selections

  • names

  • texts

  • individual configurations

  • made-to-order pieces

By placing an order for a personalized product, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • production may begin immediately after purchase

  • changes or cancellations are no longer possible once production has started

  • you are responsible for all submitted customization details, including spelling, sizes and selections

Please carefully review all customization details before completing your order.

4. REFUNDS

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within several business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by law.

5. EXCHANGES

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different size or product, please place a new order after your return has been approved.

6. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Please include:

  • your order number

  • photos of the item

  • photos of the packaging

We will review the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

7. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are non-returnable:

  • personalized/customized products

  • gift cards

  • worn or washed items

  • items without original tags

  • items returned outside the return period

8. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you have not received your refund yet:

  • please check your bank account again

  • contact your payment provider or credit card company

  • processing times may vary depending on your bank
