Thank you for shopping with AIN'T FOREVER.
Please read these Terms and Conditions / Terms of Service carefully before placing your order. They cover our general terms, order processing, shipping, returns and refunds.
1. GENERAL
This website is operated by Timo Kebschull – AIN'T FOREVER. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to AIN'T FOREVER.
By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you agree to these Terms and Conditions / Terms of Service.
2. PRODUCTS
Certain products may be available exclusively online and may have limited quantities.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products without prior notice.
3. PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS
Many of our products are personalized and produced specifically for each customer. This includes, but is not limited to:
- customized airport selections
- city selections
- names
- texts
- individual configurations
- made-to-order pieces
According to § 312g Abs. 2 Nr. 1 BGB, personalized and custom-made products are excluded from cancellation and return rights once production has started.
By placing an order for a personalized product, you acknowledge and agree that:
- production may begin immediately after purchase
- changes or cancellations are no longer possible once production has started
- you are solely responsible for all submitted customization details, including texts, airport codes, city names, spelling, sizes and other selections
Please carefully review all customization details before completing your order.
4. PRICING, TAXES AND CUSTOMS
All prices shown on our website include applicable VAT unless otherwise stated.
Depending on your country, customs duties, import taxes or additional fees may apply to international orders. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
5. ORDER PROCESSING
Most of our products are produced on demand and/or personalized specifically for each customer.
Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days. During launches, sales periods, holidays or high-demand periods, processing times may be extended. Personalized items may require additional production time.
Once production has started, orders can no longer be modified or canceled.
6. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
6.1 Shipping times
We ship worldwide. Estimated shipping times after processing:
- Germany: approx. 2–5 business days
- Europe: approx. 4–10 business days
- International: approx. 5–20 business days
Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. They may vary depending on destination, customs processing and production timelines.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances outside of our control.
6.2 Shipping providers
Orders are shipped through trusted logistics and fulfillment partners, including Shirtee / Boender & Beutel GmbH and their associated shipping carriers. Carrier selection may vary depending on destination and order type.
6.3 Tracking
Tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped, where available. Please note that certain shipping methods or destinations may not support detailed tracking updates.
6.4 Incorrect shipping information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses submitted during checkout.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
6.5 Lost or delayed packages
If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at hey@aintforever.com. We will do our best to assist you in resolving the issue with the shipping provider.
7. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hey@aintforever.com and include:
- your order number
- photos of the item
- photos of the packaging
This helps us investigate the issue and provide an appropriate solution.
8. RETURNS
8.1 How to return
Returns must be requested exclusively through our official returns portal:
Unauthorized returns sent directly to our business address cannot be processed.
8.2 Return period
Eligible items can be returned within 30 days after delivery. The return request must be submitted within this timeframe through the returns portal.
8.3 Condition of returned items
Items must be returned:
- unworn
- unused
- unwashed
- in original condition
- with all original tags and packaging
We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.
8.4 Non-returnable items
The following items are non-returnable:
- personalized/customized products (see Section 3)
- gift cards
- worn or washed items
- items without original tags
- items returned outside the return period
8.5 Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or product, please place a new order after your return has been approved.
9. REFUNDS
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within several business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by law.
Late or missing refunds: if you have not received your refund yet, please check your bank account again and contact your payment provider or credit card company, as processing times may vary depending on your bank. If you still have not received your refund, contact us at hey@aintforever.com.
10. ORDER REFUSAL
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, abuse or unauthorized resale.
11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this website, including designs, graphics, logos, text and product concepts, is the intellectual property of Timo Kebschull – AIN'T FOREVER.
Any unauthorized use, reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
12. NOTICE ON AI-GENERATED CONTENT
As part of our brand communication and product presentation, we may use content that has been created, edited or enhanced with the help of artificial intelligence. This may include models, people, backgrounds, locations, lighting, scenes and certain product visuals.
Such content is used for creative and visual presentation purposes. We aim to ensure that key product characteristics such as design, colour, material, fit and features are represented as accurately as possible. The information provided on the respective product page remains authoritative for the actual characteristics of the product.
Where legally required, AI-generated or AI-manipulated content will be disclosed accordingly.
13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.
14. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Germany.
